Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber module is made of ceramic fiber needle punched blankets of corresponding materials, processed on specialized machinery according to the structure and size of fiber components.
During the processing, a certain proportion of compression is maintained to ensure that the ceramic fiber module expands in different directions after the wall lining of the ceramic fiber module is completed, so that the ceramic fiber modules are squeezed into a seamless whole.
Ceramic fiber modules are directly fixed to the steel plates of industrial kiln shells through various forms of anchoring devices.
The maximum length of ceramic fiber modules can reach 1500mm, with a compression height of less than 500mm. The insulation thickness can be between 100-500mm. The conventional size is 600/300 * 300 * insulation thickness, and the bulk density is 172/192/200/210/220/230k. Ceramic fiber modules with a bulk density greater than 220k and a length exceeding 600mm need to be fixed with packing tape.
Various materials (201/304/310/316, etc.) and models (butterfly/diamond/angle iron, etc.) of stainless steel or ceramic fasteners can be pre embedded in the ceramic fiber module to meet different installation methods.
