Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blanket is a new type of refractory insulation material provided by the company to customers. It is formed by double-sided needle punching process using specially made ceramic fiber filaments. The double-sided needle punching process greatly improves the interweaving degree, anti delamination performance, tensile strength, and surface flatness of the fibers, without the use of organic binders.
This product has a white color, regular size, and integrates fire resistance, heat insulation, and thermal insulation functions. It does not contain any binders. This series of products has good chemical stability and can resist the erosion of most corrosive chemicals. Even if they are wetted by oil, water, or steam, their physical properties such as insulation and fire resistance will not change. When used in neutral and oxidizing atmospheres, it can maintain good tensile strength, toughness, and fiber structure.
This product is not affected by oil corrosion and can restore its thermal and physical properties after drying. Compared with its corresponding fiber cotton, it has the same excellent chemical stability, high strength at room temperature and after firing, and can be widely used in various industries for fire resistance, insulation, and thermal insulation.
According to the usage temperature, it is divided into several material classification levels: 1050 ordinary type/1260 standard type/1260 high-purity type/1350 high aluminum type/1400 low zirconium type/1430 zirconium containing type/1500 chromium containing type/1600 polycrystalline fiber type and composite fiber type. The corresponding classification level can be selected according to the working temperature and working conditions of different thermal equipment.
