Vacuum nano-insulation board is a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving and environmental insulation material which uses the principle of vacuum insulation. The core material is made of nano-porous insulation board with excellent insulation performance. By extracting the gas inside the core material, the internal vacuum degree is improved, and thus effectively eliminate various heat transfer paths caused by gas, so as to achieve the purpose of heat insulation and energy saving.
It is mainly used in household appliances (refrigerators, freezers, etc.), cold chain logistics (medical and food cold chain), and energy conservation and other fields, and it is currently the most mainstream downstream application scenario of vacuum nano-insulation panels in China.
The vacuum nano-insulation board mainly consists of three parts: core material, barrier film and adsorbent.
1) Core material: The core material is made of light, inorganic nano-SiO2, light-shielding agent, and inorganic fibers with thermal conductivity as raw materials through special processes.
2) The core material undertakes three major functions, one is structural support, which prevents the vacuum nano-insulation board from shrinking and collapsing under the of internal vacuum, the other is to prevent heat radiation, and the third is to reduce heat conduction, because the core material usually has a multilayer or microporous structure, less contact area, which can effectively reduce the heat transfer caused by heat conduction.
3) Gas-barrier film: Gas-barrier film is mainly composed of base film and multi-layer special film. It generally includes water vapor layer, gas barrier layer, heat insulation layer, radiation prevention layer, heat sealing layer, and protective layer. It is often made of high molecular materials and metal materials. It plays two roles: one is to cover and isolate, that is, to wrap the core material to isolate the outside air, so that its interior can maintain a vacuum degree; the is to prevent permeation. Since it is a dense material itself, it can effectively prevent nitrogen, oxygen and water vapor from penetrating into the interior of the board through the gasbarrier film.

High temperature resistance——Long-term use temperature of about -160 to 700 degrees;
Thermal conductivity——— 2 to 10 times lower than conventional insulation materials, only 0.042 W/m·k at 80 degrees.
Durability——Can be used as an adiabatic layer, with a service life of more than 5 to 10 years.
Safe and environmentally friendly——Pure inorganic material combination, good thermal stability, no release of any harmful substances
Economic analysis——The price is more than 50% lower than that of foreign counterparts, and it is 10-30% more energy-efficient than conventional.
